FAQs

Is my data safe?
Yes. Each customer gets a tenant-isolated Postgres database with Row-Level Security, encrypted in transit and at rest. We don’t train public models on your data.
How fast can we go live?
For a focused FAQ or Help Centre use case, we can usually stand up a pilot in a few days once content and access are agreed.
Will it replace my team?
No. Ask Abilitix is designed to support your team, not replace it. The system handles repeat questions with cited answers and routes edge cases to humans.
Can we leave later?
Yes. You can remove the snippet at any time. We provide export of your curated Q&A so you’re never locked into the platform.
